Ever wished you knew the good AND the bad about the city or country you were going to visit, but the guidebook only gave you the best of the best? Mark started the Wolters World’s series on “Five Things You Will Love & Hate about Visiting” because he was tired of reading travel guidebooks that made every city sound like “The Paris of the South” or “The Venice of the North” or “The Next Prague” and then being disappointed with the town due to something that a little of previous knowledge would have prevented. Mark gives his personal opinions on things he loves and hates (sometimes hate is too strong of a word, maybe annoyed is better) about visiting cities and countries.
Mark’s goal is to better prepare you travellers for the journey you are taking so that your “good” vacation can become an extraordinary one.
