The Four Cs of Marketing

1. Consumer Wants and Needs: Make a product that meets the consumers wants and needs. People buy what they want, not what you tell them they want. So if you answer those needs you have a better chance to be successful.
2. Cost versus Price. What is the actual cost of purchasing your product. The cost of a song on itunes is not 99 cents. It is 99 cents plus the computer plus the ipod to play it on.
3. Convenience of Purchase: Where and how do people buy your product. Is it online? Do they need to try it on first? What is it?
4. Communication versus Promotion: Communicating back and forth with the client helps build better business relationships.
